AD good buddy - what's wrong w/ GOA's findings?

109th Congress: Lock Up Your Safety
108th Congress: McCain Puts Gun Shows In Peril
107th Congress: Incumbent Protection Muzzles Gun Owners
106th Congress: Anti-gun Amendments Abound

Didn't follow any of the MANY links to FACTUAL info on that page?

AD, I have enjoyed your posts in the past, but I can't help but think lately that TPTB have gotten their hands on you, and implanted a mind-control chip or something. Or did you drink the kool-aid?

AD, if you look at the stories, you will see that they are published from all over the place, and simply reposted (with accreditation) at the GOA site. Some are reputable, others are not.... as for me, I don likim.

Yes, I do love Tits and Ass, I'll admit it. And I succumb to them whenever possible! :D

McCain is indeed not gun friendly....he seems to actually not care much at all about the 2nd Amendment.

Palin does however and she would be his VP.
Unless she chose to abandon her beliefs re: the 2nd,I cannot see her putting up with too much gun control legislation.

Hopefully she will temper McCain.

It is a guarantee that the left will propose anti-gun laws.

Ditto that.....Maybe Gov. Palin will make McCain act right

I hope so.........but be careful as other GIM'ers aren't open minded to that possibility.

Good post, which is what I've been trying to get across all week and I'm with ya.

No the NRA sadly tried to compromise years back and is now stuck.

You do not compromise with your enemy, you destroy them.

It is comparing the two major candidates, that is all.

Neither Presidential candidates are gun friendly, and only one VP candidate is.

Ron Paul was a much better choice in my opinion but the people did not agree...

So...Paul won't run again in 2012....who will pick up where he left off?

Thoughts?

Re: John McCain: Conservative or Gun-Grabber?

Isn't Paul getting togther a movement to put like minded people in congress? I think I heard something on that inthe news recently. Something like 30 people so far that he is going to help run for office?

I think people would have agreed. But the word just did not get out.

Many people thought he was part of the lunatic fringe (my conservative sister included). But when I asked her why she thought that, she didn't know. She had NEVER heard him speak.
Now she is really against Obama/Biden and for McCain/Palin.
I told her it was too late. What ever she got she deserved because she could have voted for R.P. in the primarys. I also said that I wouldn't bother discussing the difference between the two parties because they are really just the same party. Both collectivisims. Except we have a potential V.P. that thinks the Iraq war is "God's will"...How about "God HELP us"?

This was big news and common knowledge in the firearm arena years ago.

http://www.gunowners.org/pres08/mccain.htm

I am amazed that this info has disappeared over the years.
